I frequently buy and sell items at this store, which is a fantastic experience. I’ve bought and sold phones, consoles, cameras, etc.

The team is what makes the experience as great as it is. Although all the staff are brilliant, James, Jamie and Sam are always going above and beyond to ensure that customers, such as myself, have an excellent trading experience. It is a flawless experience, and I hope the team receives recognition for their superb work. My experience in other (non-franchised and without naming) stores has not been as fantastic as in the Salisbury branch.

I was amazed how inept the staff was here…no customer service was present at all. The person serving me was bored, disinterested and couldn’t find the product I was trying to sell, even though I pulled it up on my phone from their website and showed them. I was questioned by another staff member on how I got the information and I had to do a quick training seminar from the other side of the till and explain them on how to find it on their system. I would’ve understood if the place was packed to the rafters but it was just me and another person at that moment in store. I miss good customer service

If you return a brought product it’s no refund just a voucher to use later. No good for me as older and not likely to need anything else, as what I brought was a gift for someone else. Friendly staff and well laid out store.
