Charlie is a true gentleman and a consummate professional. When I cracked my Pixel 6, he came the next day to replace it, offering the right suggestions. I also had an issue with the first screen, but it wasn’t a problem with the repair; the motherboard had also failed due to the damage. Charlie promptly came the next day and replaced the screen free of charge. He is very pleasant to work with and responds to emails immediately.
