As soon as I arrived walked up to The repair area presented my phone with a problem. Put it right within 2 minutes and showed me what to do when it went wrong again. It was a simple procedure that I didn’t know about so came out very happy that they put it right. I was afraid I might not have my phone over Christmas. That would have been a disaster for me. No family Christmas photos but currys were very efficient. Very friendly and got me right immediately. So very happy with what they did for me they supposed to camp that did it for me. Very friendly. Very interested in getting me up and running again
Theres not a lot of competition in the area for the products they sell. I find the staff very helpful. It also helps if you have some idea (online research) of what you want, you are then more able to join in the conversation with some quite knowledgeable staff members. I was in and out within 15mins with the product (tv) I wanted.
Visited the macclesfield store today with technical mobile fault.
