Just had excellent service yet again at Currys Wrexham. Young lad James got the item I required straight away, a iPhone plug in charger for new phone iPhone 15 Plus. I had waited in all day for Amazon to deliver one, but at the last moment messaged me to say that it wouldn’t be available until 21st ! I needed to charge up my phone. Be aware that Apple aren’t putting in the box a charger, and this is a totally new plug adapter .

Bought a usb Ethernet adapter from Wrexham branch. Got home, not compatible with work PC. Took back within 2 hrs, told as I had plugged it in to test it, I can’t have a refund, only gift card!

Refused to back down. I simply took it back with the receipt and will go to another branch next week.

It was double the price I could get on Amazon, with a no quibble return policy, but I only bought as I needed it urgently that morning.

You wonder why shops like this are going extinct!

A lovely lady called Adell served us today she was helpfully and realy took time to listen to are problem then took time to sort it out she is a credit to the Wrexham store I do hope her manager sees this and takes notice that credit where it’s due (she would run rings around the chester store) it’s the Wrexham store for me from now on
