I strongly believe that the staff’s practices are not in line with expected standards of transparency and accountability. It is crucial that the management closely monitors their activities to ensure that they are utilizing company resources effectively and efficiently.
Specifically, I recommend that the management establish regular checks to verify that staff are adhering to standard operating procedures, including punctuality and adherence to designated working hours. This includes ensuring that the shop is closed promptly at closing time and reopened at the scheduled opening time. Closing shop doors 20-30 minutes before shop closing time.

I went in on a very busy day but instantly got a warm greeting from the manager, Zia. He was very polite and approachable. He then guided me to Ishaaq. He was amazing, he was very understanding, taking his time with me to go through the process, overall making the whole ordeal less stressful and smooth. I will highly recommend visiting this store for the amazing service provided 🙂

Appalling environment and level of service. There is no point in going into the store in order to sort out an account problem in person. You will end up speaking to someone over the phone anyway. The only thing that I achieved was to waste two hours continually explaining that I did not wish to change my contract. Very low levels of professionalism.
