Just bought my consoles from here this week, and I’m happy to right this review today. Everything was 10/10 dare I saw, brand new and mint condition. Not a single scratch or bug to be found. Very happy with my purchase. Will definitely come back to buy more consoles for me retro collection.
The staff was amazing. We had laughs and had a great conversation while my items were being tested.

The so called manager at the Edmonton branch needs training on how to deal with customers. She was extremely rude, didn’t want to give me her name said it was none of my business then proceeded to be extremely condescending when I simply asked a question about the refund policy. I later found out her name is Christina. I am emailing the company with a formal complaint. I will not be shopping there again.

Two customers were already arguing with the manager for the bad service. CEX should consider a new mangment team for Edmonton branch.
