I went to get my iPad fixed as the screen was cracked and it was fine. A year later, it cracks again (this wasn’t the shops fault). I went to get it fixed and I found a very large dent in the back of the housing. The next day, the touchscreen had gone so I went to get it fixed and unfortunately, I had already put a screen protector on but I knew they would refund me so it was fine. They didn’t fix the problem and didn’t give me money for the screen protector either. Yet again, the touchscreen still didn’t work so I believe they damaged the internal parts and couldn’t be bothered to fix it. I told them it wasn’t working and even demonstrated. They could see lots of dead spots and took the device for diagnostics. The next day, I received it and I am still waiting to discover touchscreen difficulties but I will have to get it cleaned as they left lots of dirt, glue and junk on it.

In my opinion, the best place in Kingswood to get your phone, repaired, serviced or enhanced.

I needed a battery changed on my iPhone, and not only did this place have the best price, but the staff were very knowledgeable, super helpful, and explained every step of the process.

It’s nice when you have service like this, not just people doing it for their basic hourly rate, but people who actually take pride in their work.

I came to the store around five years ago and came back today, pleased to see they are still here and I will be a customer for as long as they are here.
