absolutely lovely staff, i unfortunately didn’t catch the names of the three members of staff i spoke with yesterday but they are all so friendly and chatty and are happy to share all their knowledge on the products you are looking to buy. my boyfriend and i had a great experience doing a demo on a new set of airpods (i didn’t even know this was something you could do!!) and liked how we didn’t feel rushed at all to make decisions about anything. we had a wonderful experience at the apple store and are very happy with the products we ended up purchasing. i’ve previously worked in a customer-service based role myself and i can say that the customer service of the staff last night was top notch, despite it being busy!!

I got a watch last December, once it fell, it was broken and stopped working. I took it to the cribbs branch, they said we can do nothing to you!! How come a popular company, sells very pricy products does nothing in such a watch!! The watch is very fragil. It was a agift , my husband paid a PS250 for a useless watch. Don’t recommend at all, and the after-sale service is not useful for me at all. I thought it is a a good trusted company that takes care of it’s genuine customers, but I was wrong.

Always had a great experience here in the past, but today was awful, condescending and rude staff over a brand new phone with fault. Manager seemed to be the main problem, because system said phone was fine, despite me being able to demonstrate the issue live. Computer analysis trumped what was happening.
