CPU Medix in airdrie | Best Phone, Laptop, and Computer Repair Services at Affordable Prices | Quick Fixes

I wish I could give CPU Medix a good review but sadly I’ve had two negative experiences.
The first time I brought in my laptop for an issue and he couldn’t help. I asked if he could give me the name of another place in Airdrie that could. None came his mind, yet Airdrie computers was less than two blocks away. Airdrie Computers helped me with my issue for no charge.
Then today I went in with a cracked 8 Plus screen and he quoted me $480 dollars instead of recommending that I take it directly to Apple where the screen repair was $248.
I won’t be back and would never recommend.

I would like to share with everyone what happened after my initial review of CPU Medix. The owner tracked me down, bullied me and was verbally abusive on social media. To be more specific it is was a local group for Airdrie dads on Facebook . Please PM me for the details and I will be happy to share.

Yes, I was 100% in the right store, with my broken iPhone 8 Plus. I was with my son who was at the counter with me at 3:15pm today, when we were quoted $480. I have attached a business card that I took when I left.

I was having some issues with my computer, it was running slow and there were some other issues I needed fixed. I contacted CPU Medix in Airdrie and I was quite happy that someone could come down soon to my office to have a look at my computer, rather than wanting to do a remote access. Paul, showed up on time and within about 15 minutes he had everything fixed and suggested that I should get a newer and faster hard drive, which would speed up my computer considerably. I agree and a short while later Paul came over with a new solid-state hard drive, installed it and wow, quite a difference in the speed. I am very happy with the service and the advice I was given. Thank you Paul.

I went to CPU medix years ago and just forgot to leave a review. Since Paul is still a Weiner, I decided to leave my review now.
Replaced my phone screen and the new screen had a large black dot on it. I accepted it but said as long as it doesn’t get bigger. Well it got very large and he did not warranty the screen. Horrible customer service. My experience is a 1 star.
