I have to tell you how amazing these guys are. 7 years ago I bought a refurbished like new computer from them for $200. Then I needed a new one because Windows forced an upgrade. So earlier this year I had them build me a special custom computer for a very reasonable $800. Plus they retrieved some priceless lost family photos from a very old (put firewood in the back type, lol) 3rd computer with a broken hard drive. Today my cheap 24/7- 10 year old monitor gave up. I called them and explained that I could not get help or out of the house right now for a few months (as I am waiting for a new leg). They sold me a beauty LG on sale. I asked them if they could help me and twice to charge me for delivery. I am close by so they delivered one to me after closing. Got around to read the bill. It was $10 less than he told me and that was it. That is above and beyond all expectations. I don’t think they usually deliver but don’t go by my word. It’s 2 weeks before Christmas and they went out of their way for me at this very busy time. And they did not even know my full situation or past with them. Thanks again guys. I highly recommend them to everyone. And I would never buy electronics from anyone like Amazon or E-Bay. The prices here are as good with full faster service. You won’t go wrong. They are truly like Batman. Only a moment away. lol

Ron, a true gentleman to a kindergarten techie, assisted in a few decisions I had to make regarding updating material for me and my sister, both seniors. Without going into detail, this manager and his assistant, Manny, displayed nothing but clearly-explained choices that were ours to make without any hint of patronizing or impatience. We felt comfortable with out purchases and when circumstances arose a few days later which resulted in my being gifted with two of the items for my birthday, my money was refunded, no questions asked! It’s a breath of fresh air to interact with sales-oriented people who still recognize that a customer is more than a dollar-sign. Want “fair”? We had a pop spill over our brand new laptop and brought it in to be cleaned and fixed if possible. They had it for over 3 weeks and then told us it was unfixable due to them not being able to get parts and having replaced one chip three times deemed it non fixable. Once we got it back it was torn down again and the person who tore it down (in front of us I should add) found a whole bunch of pop and corrosion still in the components. From what the second repair person said, it looks like they didn’t even take it apart to clean it, so of course it doesn’t work. We paid for a service and did not receive it.
