EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY STEER CLEAR OF MANJANA AT GEEK SQUAD. I’ve been a BestBuy customer for many years now and I bought a laptop yesterday to upgrade from my old one. I had an amazing experience with Gurjot and Angad. They were exceptionally kind and answered all my questions. However, I came today to pick up my laptop and had the most horrible experience with an employee I believe her name was Manjana (an Indian girl with glasses).

She was at the Geek Squad counter and repeatedly sighed and kissed her teeth–even the customers around me were shocked. I asked her if my laptop was ready and she took my licence and returned stating that I had to come in the evening after they called. I asked if I could get an idea of how long it would be. She was angry about having to check again but she returned with my laptop stating that she was about to call even though a minute earlier she told me to return in the evening??? Turns out it was already ready for pickup but she didn’t read my name properly the first time.

Horrible experience. I am strongly considering returning my purchase and getting the laptop from elsewhere due to this experience. I have never been treated like this at any store.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience about a recent purchase. I bought a demo PC by spending approximately $900. I picked it up from the store location, but when I opened the box, there was no protective covering around the PC – no thermoplastic sheet or proper packaging. They had not packed it well, and they had not even cleaned it. When I opened the box, I was really shocked at the condition of the PC, especially the rear side. There was a lot of dust inside the computer, near the fan.

After that, I returned the product in the same manner that they had provided it to me. However, the customer service agent suggested me that I could not return it that way, since it was not properly packaged. It was a really bad experience. At the very least, they should have packed it properly in the company’s own box, rather than just putting it in a plain cardboard box without any branding.

I would appreciate if the company could provide better service, given that I spent a significant amount of money on this purchase. Please let me know if you can look into improving the packaging and handling for demo units in the future.

went today to lease an iPhone 15 pro along with bell and unexpectedly because the store being busy and insane prices with bell the process became complex. the representative who helped me with very well-versed and sound in this technological knowledge, product knowledge and streamlined the process for me. he guided me accurately about product differences, different deals and was patient while I chose the correct solution to meet my needs. he was quick, efficient and genuine and while I was waiting for some approvals, he was quick to assist other customers as well.

the entire staff was co-operative, guided me correctly and helped me. had a great purchase here and would recommend others to go as well. 🙂
