I emailed 3 places about an issue with my PS5 and Level 2 was the first and only to respond. I dropped the console off late on a Thursday afternoon, and Maurice had it ready to go by Friday evening. He fully explained what went wrong, and remained available so I could pick it up after his usual closing time. I am very particular about things and won’t use a repair shop unless I absolutely have to, and Level 2 exceeded my expectations.
