Bought a TV MiBiox from this store & it stopped working after 3 months. Owner said problem was with apps & did not fix the problem or honor 1 yr warranty. Price of this unit costed twice of buying online but I wanted to buy from a store hoping to get after sales support with questions or problems. Now it’s an expensive paper weight. Do yourself a favor & buy online or from someone else. Will not shop here & will not recommend anyone else
Went to exchange my phone battery.
Not just that it took 2 days for the replacement, the battery expended and break my working phone in less then one month.

After taking the battery out, found out it was an 2017 old battery.
Advice people to avoid this shop, else you will end up cost more.
Most reasonable pricing within Crystal Mall, super quick and super honest. He fixed my screen within 15 minutes, I really appreciated his opinion to replace my iPhone 11 Pro Max battery at the Apple store to prevent any future error alerts.
