Went to this location, after 15 min waiting and being next I waited, Someone else walks in after me and instead of serving me as the next client they jumped onto someone else, So I left the location and decided I will take my buisness to Bell, Was going to transfer 17 lines from rogers (term is up) but instead they let you wait. All the 17 lines also needed upgrades since all the devices are about 4 years old. The guy with the funky hair seemed to be very lost and not knowing what to do as I waited an extra 5 min to see if anyone else would serve me but just gave up. To bad heard there was some nice deals with telus but I’m sure bell will be happy to have my buisness as a client.

Went to get a phone. Rep offered us a security system and said it was a free offer. Come to find out they just made at least two accounts and we’re charging us the whole time. Telus says the offer never existed. Garbage company and store.

Edit: telus will not let you pay off your tab and leave prior to the next billing cycle. Still have at least 2 weeks to the end and for some reason we can’t just pay off the whole thing right now and go somewhere else. They’re forced to stay for one more month. I don’t have a tab, the minute my new Sim card gets here I’m out and NEVER coming back. Absolute trash

I was contacted by Marc-Andre from D2 Technologies that my family was eligible for rebates. I made an appointment with him and went to see him along with my wife and daughter.
He was very professional and answered all of our questions.
We left with 3 new iPhones and a service package that will save us money monthly.
Very happy with the service and recommend this store to people who are in the market for upgrading their phones. Unfortunately the iPhone special offer has ended but I’m sure there will be more soon. Thanks Marc-Andre!!
