When someone called me back I asked about bringing my laptop in and told the person on the other line my issue. I’ve brought my phone in MANY times. I’ve brought my families devices here many times. I understand a phone may be an hour and a laptop will obviously be longer. When I asked if a week’s time was enough the man on the other line got upset. He cut me off and said ‘ NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO THIS IS WHY I DONT DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC ANY LONGER. YOU PEOPLE HAVE UNREALISTIC TIMELINES ‘

As someone in the hospitality industry I would never ever speak to a potential client this way let alone a returning one. Do not recommend this place. They don’t deserve your money.

Do not come to this place I had been scammed for an 80$ diagnostic fee in which I actually had done, I had told them what to do and what was wrong. They kept my computer for 3 weeks, in the first week they stopped answering their phone. I ended up calling from a friends number and owner picked up and was shocked to hear me. They wouldnt allow me to pickup the computer when I was at the “business” which is an office building and apparently the owners residence from what ive heard hes gone bankrupt not long ago. -100/10 WOULDNT RECOMMEND ive also found out the owner is a diehard Trudeau supporter

They couldn’t fix my Nintendo Switch Lite. It would of easier if they could of soiled and replaced the battery connector that I broke but instead, they wanted me to pay 300.00 dollars for a new logic board that took over 6 months. To future customers please keep calling them on the estimated dates of repairs. Wow, I finally looked inside my Switch Lite the plate is missing and there “Technician” soldered the battery to the the connector the surprisingly they never told me soldering battery and I want my heat sink plate back.
