They claimed to have told me the their screen replacement would completely destroy my battery and overheat my phone. They hadn’t.

I asked about the unusual battery wear at the very beginning of our conversation. They said it was normal wear and not to blame their screen. I knew this was a lie because I have another iphone that I was able to compare it to. Only because I pressed for the truth did they eventually admit they said this is something they apparently warn everyone about.

So why not admit it in the first place? Why lie?

This review is a warning to other potential customers because their services can heat up your phone which is a potential fire hazard.

Best case scenario is they destroy your phone.

This isn’t about money, more about integrity and safety.

They thought because it was going to be sold that they wouldn’t have to deal with the responsibility of poor quality parts and service.

BEWARE. These people are dishonest. When I gave them a chance to meet me halfway and do the right thing, they just wanted to charge full price again for a new screen that lasts only a few months.

Do not damage your battery or put your health and safety at risk.

I highly recommend this store. I brought my broken IPad there, but other stores told me it would be cheaper to buy a new one. The owner took the time to explain the mechanics and told me how much it would cost. I was very satisfied with the explanation, so I decided to order it.

When I requested the service, they contacted me sooner than I expected to let me know that the iPad was ready to be picked up, and it was perfectly fixed. They worked quickly and did a good job, and I would definitely request their services again.

The owner is a very nice person, friendly and easy to talk to. He is easy to understand and considerate. It was raining on the day I went to pick it up, but he let me take shelter from the rain and spoke to me while making sure I understood that I wasn’t very good at English. I feel safe leaving my device with this owner. Thank you for repairing it.

This store is one I can easily recommend. I was cautious of getting my iPad repaired, but the owners here made the process so much easier. I came in with a broken charging port that was quite heavily damaged and exhibiting very weird symptoms, but the team identified the issue quickly. They kept me updated throughout the whole repair via phone calls, informing me of what exactly was wrong and time estimates. Ultimately, the issue was fixed within a super timely manner for the severity and I was charged a reasonable amount for the service. This store is extremely transparent and makes the process stress-free which I absolutely appreciated!
