I was very disappointed in the execution of my repair. The Jules team , instead of asking me how I would like my laptop repaired , chose the cheaper option for me , without even so much as a call. I show up to a $100 price tag and two screws permanent sticking out of my laptop with some sort of sponge.

When pressed for an answer – they decided that the other option ‘wasn’t worth it’. No call, no discussion just moved forward with a repair with no consideration for the client, but they definitely weren’t budging on the price… beware – you’ll have to be very clear with them or take the risk.

Fast, cheap and care-filled repairs! <3 Update: My phone screen display stopped working randomly so i brought it to Apple. Had to wait 1.5hrs for someone to tell me what i already knew (the display doesn't work) and quote me 370$ to repair it. Instead I went here right after. Jules opened my phone to reveal the wires just were disconnected internally and fixed it all in just 10 mins for almost no cost. No need for a new phone screen or anything like Apple told me. Once again, thank you so much!!! They're really the best

This was my first time going to Jules for my daughter’s iPad repair. He fixed it within a couple of hours which made my daughter very happy! Jules was accommodating, friendly, and very professional.
