What a great experience. I was lucky enough to secure a spot at CCs Markham, Ontario location for the “Build A PC” workshop. My assigned sales rep Paulo was so awesome in helping me pick out all the parts I would need to build the PC i’ve been dreaming about for the longest time. Even though I went a little over my budget, I was super happy with all the parts and all the savings Paulo was able to facilitate. During the build, Paulo, Sepehr and Jacob were very helpful and patient in walking me through the steps of putting everything together. Especially when it came to cleaning up all the wiring! Altogether, the 3 of them made a great team and were very patient with all my questions and concerns. Their experience gave me the confidence to maybe take this on again in the future. If you haven’t been to a workshop there, I would highly recommend it. Block out the day though! You’ll be there for awhile. With Paulo, Sepehr, Jacob and the rest of the staff, the time passes so fast. Before you know it, you’re done and have a brand new addition to your computer family. I want to thank the staff and especially the team of Paulo, Sepehr and Jacob. They made my experience as a 1st time PC builder, nothing short of amazing. I had a blast!

I have been shopping at this location a few times already. Every time both the Sales Staff and Technical Staff were fantastic, very helpful and professional, patiently explaining to me all the different products, plus what will be best to suit my needs.

In particular, technical staff Victor was great, so was Pranav K. the Sales Staff.

My laptop died so I came here to see if it could be saved or if my data could be retrieved. Tom at the service counter was extremely helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue, recommended a solution, and had me out of there with my data saved in less than an hour. I couldn’t be more thankful for his help – would definitely recommend coming here if you have a laptop issue!
