Went there on Wednesday June 19th to inquire about NAS systems. I looked around for help for quite sometime and didn’t find anyone in the store willing to help. My wife then went to the front counter, had to ask a cashier at the front for help who then just asked another salesperson to help. When I asked the gentleman whether he knew anything about NAS he said no and he eventually told me to speak with the front counter again.

I went back to the front counter only to be shrugged off as no one at the store could answer any of my questions in regard to a potential purchase.

Quite disappointed and honestly annoyed with staff there. Management needs to get more involved as you are losing customers. I would rather take my business now to memory express and or Newegg.

I went in to get all the components to buy a new computer. I was told the case would be big enough to support all the drives and had all the pieces necessary to mount the drives. When I got it home, that was wrong. I had to drive back out, wasting two hours of my time. Even after that, I had to go and buy a power supply and a heat sink. They could have made another 250 off me and not had this complaint. Thanks to my local CC, I didn’t blow up my computer because I didn’t have all the right parts. I expected them to at least be able to guide or ask the right questions. My local CC people were shaking their heads when I told them about this horrendous experience. They couldn’t believe the rookie mistakes they made, TWICE. I will never go back to this store again.

Customer service was the only good part. Brought in a laptop with its screen not working, got charged around $50 to have it “diagnosed”. The laptop had to be taken to a different location for a more in depth diagnosis. This very in depth diagnosis was that apparently the motherboard had issues and that it can’t be repaired. This entire process took 2 weeks. Which I can only consider to be a big waste of time.

Maybe my laptop was a special case that they couldn’t work on it, but I still would not recommend it. On the other hand, most of their other services are very good. I am just greatly dissapointed with my repair experience this time around.
