We’ve had multiple experiences with this store and have always found their pricing to be excessively high, making us feel overcharged. The quality of their products and services was subpar. Recently, at the Port Perry festival, we met a phone repair technician named Jake. His pricing and service were exceptional. My wife and I will never return to this store again. Their phone prices are exorbitant, and they use cheaper materials, like low-quality screen protectors. Additionally, Jake offers same-day service, fixes the phones himself, and even provides on-site repairs. This is a significant advantage for us as older customers.
Great service experience. We got our old cell phone batteries changed. When one did not go as planned, he helped us out with a new phone and even stayed passed closing to make sure we were set up. Purchased another phone for mom and she is pleased with the upgrade! We recommend the service and will be back with future tech needs.
I went here to get sign up for Rogers and it was the worst experience we ever had.
They were very short with us and did not know the Roger’s products very well
We ended up going to a REAL Rogers store to get our stuff activated
This company does not know how to treat people and their staff are not knowledgeable
