I had to set up a desktop with two monitors and it wasn’t connecting properly. Went to Best Buy and the first person was distracted, and not listening to what the issue seemed to be. He told me to purchase an item and then disappeared. Drove home and the item did not fix the problem. Drove back to Best Buy across town, same store and had a completely different experience. The person at the entryway recognized me and sensed my frustration. He sent me over to Customer Service assuring me the problem would be corrected. This guy went above and beyond to tell someone else of what happened.

I was then approached by Keenan, who introduced himself and asked how he could help. He listened to the issue, and looked at the pictures I had to show the type of connection required and asked some questions. He went to the section of the store, and brought the item I needed directly to me. He asked if there was anything else that was an issue with my new set up, and he helped me with two other matters. He also processed the payment and I didn’t have to go somewhere to stand in line. He dealt with the problem, the solution and the payment. Keenan was patient, professional and explained everything in non-technical manner I could set up my system. He didn’t get flustered, and he was so smooth in correcting the problem. I was impressed!

Amazing Customer Service!

I had a great experience at the Best Buy on Lansdowne Street West, all thanks to an incredible employee Suraj (employee code : SPERUMPI) who went out of his way to help me. I was trying to find an Apple Pencil, but it was showing as out of stock both online and in-store. Despite that, he took the extra time to search through the warehouse and actually found one for me!

He didn’t stop there, either. I asked him about a few other products, and he was super knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. It’s not often you get service like that–he really knew his stuff and made sure I left with exactly what I needed.

I walked out of the store feeling like a truly valued customer. This kind of service is why I’ll keep coming back. Huge thanks to Suraj and the team at Best Buy Lansdowne Street West!

I went to my peterborough store today to purchase a bose sound bar that was on sale for $1599.. we found one on the shelf, and wished to listen to it before we purchased. I finally found an associate, and asked for assistance. He didnt understand english, so i directed him to the product and asked to hear it. He didnt know how to turn it on, and told me it didnt work. He never offered to find anyone who could turn it on, so needless to say we had to go elsewhere. Very unmotivated, unprofessional staff in the location that dont wish to do anything
but stand around and stare at their phones. Unbelievable.
