Best customer service ever! I use my computer for my business and when it crashed on me I was devasted as I had clients needing work done, and for that I needed my graphics and digitizing program on my computer. Ron did a SAME DAY turnaround for me and a very reasonable cost plus he upgraded my RAM so help with the graphics. Highly recommend Cochrane Computers, he is knowledgeable, honest and offers terrific customer service. My “go to” person for all my computer issues.
Highly recommend Cochrane Computers. My computer encountered a charging issue over the weekend rendering it useless to me. They were closed at the time, so I sent an email and received a response first thing Monday morning. I dropped my computer off that same day and had it back in my hands by Tuesday. Great service, extremely fair pricing and I will definitely go back should I ever require computer service again.
