My experience with open box was beyond disappointing. I entrusted them with replacing my phone screen, but the quality of their work was abysmal. Not
only was the new screen so poorly installed that I couldn’t even apply a phone screen protector without it interfering with the phone’s functionality, but to my shock, they had actually placed a screen protector on it without my consent. When I approached them about the issue, they dismissively blamed the problems on the screen protector they had installed themselves. As a result, I was left with a bare screen and no protection against scratches or damage. Sadly, my phone ended up breaking within the first month after the repair, from a mere fall off a table. Their incompetence not only cost me the expense of the repair but also left me with a broken phone and a feeling of frustration and betrayal. Steer clear of this company unless you want to risk similar mishaps and subpar service.

My laptop was in an extremely slow condition due to it being an older and outdated piece of hardware.
I had it for almost an entire decade and seeing prices are way too high for new ones these days, I figured I’d just get my existing one updated and repaired.
I was attended by Ali, the shop’s owner along with his sidekick, Sriman.
Both were attentive to my needs and were really awesome to deal with.
They took less than a week to get my product into it’s current shape and returned back to me.
I’m quite pleased with my experience as a whole with this establishment and would definitely also recommend others to try it out – thanks, guys.

I just had the BEST computer shopping experience in my life! Kareem (sorry if I spelt wrong) not only greeted me when I walked in but went above and beyond to answer all my questions in terms I could understand. I also love that they offer different types of computers from Dell to Mac! They even sell Dyson’s!!! Thank you all for the great service I will come back for all my computer needs!
