I left my laptop there in July because my laptop wouldn’t charge (blinking orange light). It was there a week. I brought it home and when I finally went to use it, the battery needed charging. Same issue. Brought it back. I was told a part was being ordered and there was a wait. It was there a week more than a week as I was on vacation. I pick it up. It wasn’t charged so I went to charge it and the same issue. I called and I found out the logic board had not been replaced. It had a full revive the first time and the second but still the same issue. It wasn’t even checked again before I picked it up. I am not going back, I’m taking it to the Apple Store. Considering it was there for weeks something should have been done.

This place is so good . Excellent customer service . Drove over a hour to come to this store for a macbook air battery replacement and they had it replaced within a hour . Saved me a return trip as originally i thought it would be next day saving me from driving back and forth . I have many apple devices and will definitely go back to this location . Thank you very much . Really appreciate the awesome service! Highly recommended .

Fantastic service and expertise!! I finally brought my phone to Mac East when Apple Support couldn’t solve the issues (ongoing from phone to phone over years) THE best decision I could have made! Kathleen went above and beyond to sort out the issues and explain what she was doing. Very highly recommend this small local business. In the future, I will bypass Apple completely and return to Mac East for all my tech needs.
