I would like to compliment the staff at the Bridgewater, NS, Source store. The manager, Mark, is very supportive and it is obvious that he appreciates and supports his staff. One young man, in particular, has been outstanding. Moe Youssef, has been with The Source for a while and his knowledge is extensive. I support newcomer families on the south shore and am always looking for the best possible deal because they are often on a strict budget. Moe will take what you can afford and find the best possible deal. He also does follow up and has an outstanding memory about customers he dealt with 6 months ago. He is extremely knowledgeable about phones, plans, computers etc and never tries to oversell. I highly recommend him the next time you need to purchase technology. Thank you, Moe.

I needed to add another line on a business account for an additional cell. I had no luck with the people at the Bell store in the mall so went down to the source to see if they could help. I was overwhelmed by how helpful they all were. Jonathan Wagner got me all sorted out with ease. They really know how to treat customers. I will go directly to them in the future. Sadly the other bunch lost a customer. Thank you Jonathan and Mark for good old fashioned customer service. They went above and beyond.
