Absolutely shameful service from their Advantage care…. Refused to fix hdmi port on PS5 citing physical damage when there store representative said there’s absolutely no physical damage, then when I questioned them about the extended warranty being a con, a cash grab, I was told that I was threatening them and the company and got hung up on. So I wrote the source hoping to get some dialogue going, but they chose to ignore me, to no surprise!!
Honestly I will never set foot in their stores and this is the reason that a lot of people don’t support Canadian companies, I’ve had no problems with any of the big American companies( they must value their customers).
I highly DON’T recommend The Source as a destination to shop for electronics, save yourself the headache and hit up BestBuy, Walmart, Costco, etc.
100 % feel disrespected and not valued as a customer…. Great job The Source!!!!!

Please indicate to me where you see a bent hdmi port… plus you tech told me it was broken pins inside of the machine. Honestly seems like just getting the run around, I wish in this day and times people would take accountability. I honoured my side of the agreement just wish your company would do the same!!!

I visited your store in Mic Mac Mall as I was having issues with my phone. When I arrived “Will” was available to support me and then “Shane”, the manager, was available to take time to support me. He was exceptional and very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with everything Shane taught me and showed me when using my phone. I was so impressed, I switched from being with Rogers for years to Virgin mobility through Shane. I was so happy with Shane, I know if I have anymore issues I can always return to count on him. Very appreciative and grateful for their knowledge. I will always return for their support!
