Well after dealing with them for years I will no longer go back.
Went in to buy an Air Conditioner and there were 4 employees.
1 was busy and then another guy came in to buy something, the 2nd employee comes out of his office tucking his shirt in, then 2 mins later some Bimbo comes out fixing her skirt and walks out….must of been a great lunch.
Then that employee goes helps the other guy while the 3 and 4 guys stand in car audio talking and laughing and tried to wave them down as we are standing with the ac and need assistance.
So after 25 mins standing the and no one acknowledged us I said to my wife I’ll go elsewhere.
Push the unit back and walked towards the doors and loudly said you lost a customer.

Went around the corner to Best Buy and found one, paid for it and the teller had an employee grab a dolly and bring it out to our truck.
Now Visions that’s how it’s done, not screwing your bimbo in the back and not helping a customer, if your busy but you weren’t all you had to say, any 4 of you be with you in a min….simple..
I had purchased a aftermarket car speakers and amp. 3 weeks I believe and still waiting on an amp from Kenwood. When I was told it would be here just after the next week. No call no nothing to keep me posted on the delay, every time I phone they give me a different date and still on that date. Nothing. 3 weeks for an amp to arive is not right. I xan get stuff from China in 4 days. And still have to block and install and now wondering if everything is going to be installed as purchased and promised.
Went to Visions to upgrade to a bigger Oled TV and had a very good overall experience. I met with Mario first to get all the info, and after dealt with Matt as Mario was not in the store that day. I got the best price over all the other stores, and they answered all my concerns promptly. They loaded it into my truck safely, and no issues at all. Would definitely recommend Visions to anyone looking for home based electronics.
