I would like to share the experience I had when my audio/visual system was installed and hooked up by the Manager, Duncan Fesenmaier. He came in and within an hour had my receiver, TV, cable box, cd player and my surround sound speakers all connected and working perfect. He moved all of my equipment out, connected up 5 speakers, the receiver, the cd player and the TV equipment and placed it all back as I had it. He adjusted the equipment stand and all of the speakers so I could get the optimum use and fantastic sound that I love. I am more than happy with his service, he was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and most of all happy and made suggestions for additional options so I would get a greater use from my equipment. I am so grateful to him and would recommend him 100%. He helped a person that has no tech knowledge to understand how to properly use my units. He has the complete knowledge of ANY audio/visual system, and it shows. PS: He also rebuilt my vintage Marconi floor model radio with completely new ‘innards’ with blue tooth, and speakers that were adjusted to my sound preference and all the rest that operate a radio to its primo best (sorry he knew what it had to have, I did not). The old radio has never looked or sounded better and I just love it. Thanks again Duncan for all you have done for me. So appreciated. You are the best in my books.

I recently visited Coquitlam Audio and Video in search of a projector screen. Despite the inconvenience of a 1 hour drive there and back, the experience turned out to be disappointing. The projector screen I intended to purchase was already assembled, a detail I was not informed of beforehand. Moreover, the screen I viewed during my visit was damaged, adding to the frustration. They offered to remedy the situation with a small discount but it wasn’t even close to the price of the projector screen that made me drive out to Coquitlam. Communication about product details and transparency could be improved for a more positive customer experience.

I had such a great experience dealing with Victor from Audio Video Unlimited. Victor came to my home to complete an in home service for my 65″ LG OLED TV. He managed to identify the problem efficiently, contact the higher authorities in hopes to submit this internally for my warranty claim.
I was on a time crunch as I was moving homes and needed to know if I needed to pack the existing TV or if I could bring it in for an exchange.
Victor was very responsive and punctual and was very careful while inside my home.
I highly recommend dealing with Victor for all audio/video needs! 10/10!!!
