For several months I was having issues with my business laptop. Yes, it was older and had a slower processor than I have had in the past. However, Bud generously helped me over the phone twice to diagnose what the issues were, no charge. Then when I had exhausted possibilities, I brought the laptop in to Genius Computers. He fixed the issue with the laptop (same day) and I ended up purchasing a new laptop in store. My husband is happy as he gets the older (newly fixed) laptop. Thank you for your help and the extra tips to help save me money.
I called and then stopped in with my laptop. My device would not connect with my new Rogers modem. Bud check over my computer and deleted some items in my settings. Then he signed my PC on to his own internet. His diagnosis was that my computer was fine and the problem was with the new router. Once I got home I called Rogers and they remedied the problem. Bud saved me taking our next step which was to buy a new PC. Thanks Bud and we will check with you for our next laptop purchase.
Needed to get my DVD port fixed on my laptop, went in and the owner was very nice and helpful. He took it in and was able to fix the small issue in about a half hour which was faster than his estimated time. It was also very reasonably priced as well which was great. If I ever have another issue with my laptop and I’m in the area again for vacation, I will definitely come back to this store.
