Stay away from this place, terrible service, and incompetent people.
I would give this place zero stars if this was possible.

Dropped off my high-end gaming laptop because of the hard drive issues. They could not fix anything, took a week to tell me that they could not do anything.
Gave me back my laptop with scratched and with missing screws, and they lost my original laptop cord/adaptor.
Instead of buying a proper original part replacement, gave me a cheaper knockoff cord with slightly different power setting, and told me it will work fine. It did not work fine it all, it fried my motherboard within a couple of months.
I had to replace the entire $2000+ laptop due to their utter incompetence.

You ask me to email you directly so I did months ago, and obviously got no response back at all, as expected……… you must lose a lot of things that people give you if you do not even remember me calling you about 10 times about this missing power cord, when it happened..

I was skeptical ordering a computer online from another city but the packaging was excellent and they offered a 1 year warranty on my system. What more could you ask for? Excellent value and service.

Just a note, they were quite busy as they deal with a high volume of products. Be patient. It was worth it.

Fantastic experience. Had to contact them to ask a few questions and Eduardo got back to me right away. Placed my order on a Friday and it was at my door less than a week later exactly as described. Very happy and will definitely use them again.
