The Source in the beach (Queen Street East) has an excellent selection of products and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff who take the time to help every customer. This my second time purchasing a cell phone plan and a smartphone from the store, Kenny was extremely helpful from the start: explained everything about the new phone, helped with transfer all the data from old to new and even helped get additional discount on my new phone plan. Once my first bill arrived, he reviewed it to make sure my plan was recorded correctly. This is the second time I use the help from Kenny and I really recommend him as the best helpful resource at The Source. Thank you Kenny

Places like this are the reason brick and mortar stores are still around. Their commitment to customer service is second to none. Kenny has helped me with multiple purchases over the past month and I keep going back because of how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable he is.
