Here is my experience: my phone stopped charging, went to 2 other repair shops before trying Pro Fix, in the first shop I was told that the charging port and battery were okay and they didn’t know what could be the problem, in the second they said the problem was the motherboard and wanted to change it! On my way home I decided to stop by Pro Fix, left my phone there and in less than 2 hours it was fixed, the person that fixed it told me the problem was simply the charging port. Next time I won’t waste my time at other shops and I will go directly with the boss at Pro Fix!

Honest guy with positive attitude and great skill set. I had a phone and several stores failed to find the issue but he did and he puts in the effort to help however possible even things that are not worth his time he will still help and for those who say the store is unorganized it’s just full of devices for a small store because he doesn’t turn anyone down and will at least try and troubleshoot the problem to help all customers including the ones that don’t have lots of money and have high hopes they can fix there device without breaking the bank so to that I say thank you. You’re a good man with a good heart.

Went there 3 different times during buisness hours to see if they could fix my stove control board and the door was locked all 3 times. I tried calling the number on the door as well as the one online and no answer.

Giant waste of time. If that’s how they treat prospective customers, I’d hate to see how they are once they have your money.

Seeing that he’s saying I’m lying, here is my call log on one of the 3 days I was sitting outside of his shop during buisness hours waisting my time because his store was locked and didn’t answer this number or the one posted on the door.
