I brought my phone in for a screen repair & new battery. I ended up having to do an entire iCloud back up and the technician that helped me was beyond helpful & patient and open to letting me see the process which made me trust this mobile-clinic a heck of a lot more than I did at first (as anybody does when it comes to their phone).
It took us over an hour longer than we predicted but that being said he stayed an hour later past the clinics closing hours (6PM) to help me complete the process and help me leave with a fully repaired phone 🙂
Would definitely recommend friends and family… not to mention the price points are so extremely manageable. $

Manning is a great guy, is very honest, and an excellent technical resource for cell phone issues. I highly recommend going to Dr Fix for cell phone repairs, rather than the Apple Store.

Case in point, I took my phone to the Apple Store to repair my SIM card tray. They said it couldn’t be done, and offered me a bit of credit for a new phone. I took it to Dr Fix, and Manning fixed it within a short period of time and for an extremely reasonable price.
