Came to get my phone screen fixed. Everything else was functioning properly, including call taking and network and only thing cracked was the screen.
Came the next day to pick up the phone with a new screen but the tech did something which led to my phone not taking calls & recognizing the mobile network. There’s severe issues with call taking and even operating the phone because my mobile network doesn’t work. I switched the sim into a different phone and it worked perfectly. Went to the Tech and he seemed to have no clue how to fix the problem he created. Will provide updates as he has told he will get back to me soon regarding how to fix this problem.

Not great service, and expensive. Dropped my phone off on a Sunday around 1, they quoted $200 plus taxes for the repair. They did not contact my alternate number to come pick up the phone after 4 hours. When I got there, they told me they ran a diagnostic and the phone was bricked, but 4 hours and nothing done was a kick in the pants.

What are great place to fix phones. The staff (Aastha) was so excellent and very empathetic. She got my phone fixed and she made my happiness my priority. It could definitely have cost me more elsewhere, but she helped me at the amount I could afford. I am very very glad. Thank you Dr.phone fix! Thank you Aastha!
