Excellent customer service! We didn’t think we would be able to get the phone working as it was wet and zapping on and off. My husband was panicked because he had a lot of info, pictures, contacts, he needed off the phone. They were honest with us saying it may only work for a short time and then die again. Got it working so he could get everything off it and it is still working today! This business is in the north end, we are west end, they are worth the drive!

Bought a phone here, price was reasonable. The man( don’t know his name) was very helpful. I was looking at one phone and he made a suggestion about a different phone which I bought. He answered all questions I had and told me how to transfer from one phone to another. I would buy from Cellular Toy Shoppe again. They also do service on phones and tablets. 5 star service

Great experience! Went in for a replacement for my busted phone, the man behind the counter was very helpful without being pushy or trying to upsell me. All told took about 8 minutes to get a new phone and a screen protector put on it. Would highly recommend to anyone shopping for a new phone or accessories
