scheduled time.

The tech was on time and very polite. He was able to solve my problem in under the hour and spent the rest of the time ‘fine tuning’ my computer. Before he left he explained what had happened, how he fixed it, and ways I could avoid the problem in the future…all without using that techno-babble! Very impressed, would definitely use again.
