Got our screen fix on our phone here cost 450+$ and they completely wrecked the phone, didn’t work for longer than a couple hours, loose screws inside, power and volume buttons fell inside the phone, the phone goes in and out of service constantly (and Vinny himself said if it’s not done properly you will loose service) didn’t give the pen back for the phone. When we call to tell them the problem they basically told us to screw off and figure it out ourselves. Horrible customer service. I wish I knew better and stayed away from this horrible place. Feeling very ripped off and now out 450+ dollars. Please save yourself the $$ and the disrespect and stay always form this horrible shop.

Exceptional service… I would give more stars if I could.
I have bought refurbished phones from them and they always stand behind their product. Recently my older s20 was stuck in a boot loop for no apparent reason, and they would not give up on getting it working. They tried everything from replacing the battery, replacing the motherboard and firmware updates. I was ready to give up and buy another phone and he wouldn’t have it….. just kept asking for more time with it. Even said he would work on it on his day off. He did eventually fix it and only charged me $99.
Highly recommend. I will continue to use these guys.

They don’t honour their warranty policies, they will make every excuse in order to not return or exchange. From my experience here, They sell stuff that has damaged internal hardware and often times the devices were not properly wiped and are locked to a previous owners Apple ID making the devices absolutely useless, because of this and Very unprofessional, rude and ignorant management, I have taken my business elsewhere will NEVER return.
