Had a problem with the volume on my phone and went to a franchise repair depot where I experienced an employee with little experience or knowledge. Luckily I got a second opinion with Tom Tech Repairs. Tom is an owner/operator with vast experience. After a brief diagnosis, was able to identify the problem and with a couple small adjustments, was able to make my phone function properly again. After asking the cost of the repair, he insisted that this was a no charge courtesy repair. And by the way has the best retro video game store to wander around in. I highly recommend his service.

Went in because my ps5 wasn’t working. Tom helped me find the problem, and help make sure I understood what it was, as I don’t know too much about that stuff. He told me how he would go about fixing it, the cost and timeframe all on the spot, and was happy to fix it. He was very kind in how he cared for my console; took pictures to show me the before and after of the problem, and was interested to know how my PlayStation ran after so. Overall a great, affordable experience with a friendly/local place in Tom’s Tech Repairs!
