Expect his business to not fix the screen of a Samsung J3 Prime or I doubt any phone from what I assume on the first and second try as they force it in with the same black spot visible on the screen. They will waste your time and money to return repeatedly only in the evening to picking it up to find the job incomplete. I only warn you to be wary of anything that they offer for under finer inspection, they will pass off a uneven screen that when push to be flesh out against the phone edge reveals the truth of their short come of service. It saddens me that poor timing, frustration fatigue has left this customer very unsatisfied but a lesson was hopefully learn upon the stores poor performance. I hope you seek any service that this location could offer elsewhere because I hope noone else is short $125 for a phone with the same black spot screen it came in with.

I wouldn’t rate any stars however there wasn’t the option.
I wanted to buy an iPhone called ahead and spoke to owner. I explained I lived over an hour away and didn’t want to make the trip if he couldn’t commit to a specific deal, he promised a certain deal. When I arrived a young female came over and said “Iphone!” I said yes. She already had a horrible attitude and spoke down to me. She took my phone (for trade in) and looked at it, she then made a call and spoke in a foreign language, she then yelled “you pay $150! you pay $150!”
The deal was a STRAIGHT trade. Needless to say I wasted 2 hours of my time and gas and to top it off she removed my screen protector without my permission. I now have purchase another one.
These people LIE, and are NOT to be trusted!!!!!!

Contacted them about a product that they list for sale. So I showed up at one of their location and was told they don’t have at the particular location and was told they would call me with in a few days when it arrived, they never called me back. I called them after two weeks and was told they still didn’t have it. I call their other locations and was told they had it in stock and they they open at 11 am. I showed up at 11 am and waited 1h and the store still was not open and no one picked up their phone. I would give them 0 star if I could. Horrible busy!
