Thought CC was great as previous experiences were amazing. Today went in to purchase a laptop. Was greater by two different sales people while I was browsing but said I was just looking at the moment. Found what I wanted and then was told to stand in line to speak to a salesman. 30 minutes late still waiting. Asked if they could page someone else was told they were all busy. Waited some more still nothing. Finally left but told the cashier I couldn’t wait anymore. His attitude was oh well they the rest of the staff was busy in the back… too bad. Too bad for CC, $1200 purchase will go somewhere else.

I am totally satisfied with both the customer service and technical repairs. The customer service rep was professional, took the time to explain the various options and prices, and did not try to upsell anything… In the end, it took less time for the repairs (replacement of HD) than anticipated… and it was also cheaper than anticipated –and actually $50 cheaper than at another computer store for the exact same repairs! FIVE STAR PLUS!!!
