They’ll help you with next generation tech, with legacy tech and their service department seems to automatically understand how important that is for people reliant on tech, to do their job. (And that we’re losing money by the minute when things go wrong, and that even minor maintenance issues need to be fixed or exchanged ASAP, so we can resume what we do for a living)

Honestly, the staff at Northern Sounds and Systems are the best! 100% knowledgeable and friendly. I have been a customer with them for many years and can honestly say I have never been disappointed. Also, they have a ton of great products. Everything about this establishment is quality and next-to-none when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend this business and feel lucky to have then as my service providers!

We needed a very specific SD card (mini, under 32GB) which another store didn’t have in stock. The employee was super friendly and got out from behind the counter to show us what we needed, which was in stock. We purchased a 32GB mini SD card for close to $20 after taxes, we are from out of town and expected to pay a little more than we would back home so we are satisfied with our purchase and service.
