Came here for 2 meters of 4gauge cable. The clerk shows it to me in the book and goes to get a 6 gauge wire. I leave with it not double checking the fine lettering saying 6gauge on the wire. I install it and realize its not what I asked for. Went back to ask them to do a switch and the manager or who ever only wants to give me 10% off. Its only 30$ but it’s pretty ridiculous. Didnt have time to argue for 30$ but all this to say that if they make a mistake its your problem not theirs. Check your wires or whatever you buy because if the employee is stupid, un-attentive or hungover its on you!
Lost about 30-40$ including the terminal that I used on the wrong 6Gauge because of their mistake
Watch your back because they’re shady and will leave you with a whole in your pocket and they they dont Give a F!
The worst customer service I have ever seen. For the return they charged me 20% of the invoice. Their rule is, if the item is broken they will charge 20%, you can see their exchange and return policy at the picture. After a long discussion with the customer service representative and the manager, I accepted the 20% and they refunded 80% back to me. In thier return policy it is not clear that for which item they charge 20%, just they are making fool the customers and get 20% in their pocket. You can see the pictures as well. The Laval Addison needs to improve their customer service lavel more, more, more and more.
Terrible service. The staff on duty that day was, how can I say this kindly? Absolutely USELESS. Asked for help, a staff member simply pointed me in the direction of what appeared to be a carbon based humanoid life form. Unfortunately the lack of any apparent signs of intelligence proved the contrary. They are rude, ignorant and obviously not happy to be working. Found the items I was looking for faster and cheaper online. Meanwhile store owners are wondering why their businesses are slowing going under. The answer is on their weekly payroll report. Like the song hours “too bad, so sad…”
