Dear Best Buy Customer Service,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at your store located at 401 boulevard labelle , Rosemere on 2/12/2023. My intention was to purchase a mouse, and an employee named Benjamin assisted me by providing the product and confirming its price as $40.
To my surprise, upon reaching the checkout counter, the actual price was higher than what Benjamin had communicated. When I raised this issue with the manager, Nabil, his response was not only dismissive but also extremely alarming. Instead of addressing the pricing discrepancy, he stated that his employees are not accountable for the information they provide, leaving me in a frustrating and unfair situation. Afterwards he became aggressive and threatening. He outright refused to honor the previously confirmed price, and to my shock, he threatened me, stating he would call security.
This aggressive behavior was unwarranted and completely unacceptable. As a customer who values fair treatment and professionalism, I am deeply troubled by this experience. It not only tarnishes the reputation of your store but also raises serious concerns about the treatment of customers by your managerial staff.
I implore you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, addressing both the pricing issue and the unprofessional conduct of your manager. It is crucial to ensure that customers are treated respectfully and that pricing discrepancies are handled with fairness and transparency.

First of all, I regret shopping here. I bought a Dyson V10 Animal Vacum Cleaner two years ago. And I paid an extra $100 for a 7-year warranty. We were comfortable with the explanation of the clerk. But my vacuum cleaner broke down after two years. I took it and they made me wait for a month for repair. In that time, I bought a cheap vacuum cleaner. And they told us to buy a new one because the filter was broken. I bought an extra filter. So, we spent $1000 on a Dyson V10 and the amount we paid did not change anything. I do not recommend you to shop there.
Came in an hour before close when there was hardly any customers, hoping to buy a gaming monitor and the iPhone 15 pro max, looked at the phones for about half an hour or so trying to decide by myself what one would be best for me, all the workers talked to their coworkers or kept walking by multiple times ignoring people sitting at the iPhone booth.. poor quality service overall.. will be going to Walmart or staples instead, at least I know they will actually service me there:)
