Terrible software. End times often do not align with start times on next punch, there’s apparently no software for submitting corrections (causing people to go pen and paper) and… explain to me how you get a deadlock submitting your time when only yourself and a manager can touch your account? I wrote my own timetracker for 400 simultaneous employees 10 years ago… and no deadlocks (it could handle 50,000 simultaneous connections running on one 10 year old server), five nines of reliability. How can this company get this stuff so wrong?

Extremely slow and buggy software. Doing timesheets can be painful with extreme lag between week switches. Way too easy to delete your past history. We’ve had admin updates to holidays, but it completely wipes all user history, complete waste of time.
