They helped me 4/5 years ago make a custom desktop and have been using it ever since & still able to play everything on high setting with no issues. I recently wanted to upgrade the graphics cards to keep with the highest settings but that is it (could of easily stuck with a notch down)! I take it there for all/any repairs I have. I recently brought it in, they called with updates on their status, estimates on completion time as well and checks before proceeding with fixes. Great people, Great Service!
Dell and other big companies were frustrating to deal with and tried to rip me off. Downtown digital was friendly and happily answered my questions. They saved me hundreds of dollars and had my computer fixed and ready on the same day rather than a month like Dell offered. Thanks!
Very welcoming atmosphere, plenty of games and cards in stock. Looks like a great place to hang out (there is arcade games there so don’t forget your quarters). The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, 10/10 would recommend a visit. 🙂
