Honestly so infuriated right now, got my laptop, cursor didn’t work.(not a technical person) so after online chat with geek squad he said to return it, offering no technical help, then referred me to geek squad online which I thought I was, so then I called geek squad and they told me to return it with no technical advice, then he sends me to customer support who’s geek squad option sends me to no options for my issue then hangs up on me. Then I try calling best buy only to have then send me back to the geek squad helpline. After 1hr 30mins of no flipping help, I asked my friend who finally helped me figure it out because the fn keys are different. I m beyond frustrated with the lack of help and support which I paid for. I will never buy anything from best buy again, no customer support at all, unless you drive in and physically bring it to then and even then I’d be surprised. Zero stars for help and I hate the auto phone system its terrible. Boooo
Purchase my laptop a year ago, got everything the offered! Membership, hub protection, laptop protection said I don’t want monthly payments. Within a month I had a chance to my credit card. I called a few times etc. but bottom line then I reversed an email stating that I overpaid. So ya it was a scam! I had to close my bank accounts get my laptop wiped clean!!! It really made me nervous and not trust anything I was getting from Geek Squad or Best Buy. Year has passed and thank goodness they do not have my card on file or I would have been charged this big amount of almost $300! I called and canceled everything! I will not use this company again. There staff are really nice but hate their billing system and they get hacked lots!!!! I can’t go through anything like that again.
I rarely go to your store, tonight was a reminder to why. I walked in to find at least 4 staff chatting at the entrance, I don’t have an issue with staff mingling, however, make an effort to acknowledge customers. Had difficulty finding my item, I eventually found it with no help! I stood by the cash with my item quietly and watched 3 staff still chatting, I waited to see how long it would take them to notice me, took about a minute or so. One girl finally noticed me and I said, can I finally get service? She wasn’t happy with my reaction but, that was unexceptionable!
