I recommend getting a repair price estimate from another place before accepting the repair estimate offered by this company.

I took my DELL laptop for repair because the charging port was damaged (not the charger, but the hole where it connects). They gave me a repair price estimate of $195. This seemed excessive because I had information that the part needed to be replaced cost less than $10. I told them I would not accept the repair, and they offered me a $30 discount. Even so, I decided not to take it and to repair it myself. I understand that not everyone dares to open their computer, and I completely understand that, but I had the confidence to do it because a year earlier I had a problem with the battery, and thanks to an official DELL tutorial that explained how to open it, I was able to solve this problem easily.

I opened my laptop and checked the charging port with the help of a YouTube tutorial. I didn’t have to change the part because all that was needed was to straighten a small wire, for which I used a regular pair of pliers.

The procedure took me less than 10 minutes, and I saved $165 just by being informed thanks to the help resources mainly found on YouTube.

Worst service I’ve ever had! If you want to save your time and mental health don’t try to make a deal with them. Also the are non professional specialists.
2023-12-26 I brought my laptop for repair.
2023-12-27 they sent me Diagnosis Result and price for repair. I agreed with that.
2024-01-10 they sent me email “OOPS – Your Device cannot be repaired” and I can pick up my laptop at the downtown location.
When I came to location for picking up the they forgot my charger at repair location.
After couples of reminder the promised me to drop off the charger at my location on January 22-23. But didn’t do that. So I have had to come to dowtown location again for pick up my charger.
When I opened back cover of my laptop I find out that they forgot to screwed a lot of screws. And they forgot one screw under the fan.
I have attached the photo of this.
It’s inaccetable! They told me – Ok bring your laptop again and we do that….So they think my time cost nothing….
Never again!

3 months ago I gave them my laptop to repair (black screen, wouldn’t turn on). They said it was the motherboard and charged me 500$. They offered 10% reduction if I left a good review, which of course I did because I didn’t know at the time… I understand better the high rating they have now.

Last week my laptop crashed again: black screen and wouldn’t turn on. Exact same symptoms. This time they said it was the battery. So I paid over 200$ for them to change that.

Now my laptop will not charge and is showing big signs of overheating. And they are ignoring my emails!

I am also seeing reviews of people who have the exact same story! Stay away…
