Only a two because the install of a back up camera in my wife’s car is well done . As for the rest , I THOUGHT we were doing well by the service we first got . We were told they would need the car for 4 hours . The install took 1.5 hrs . When I got home and my wife showed me the paperwork , they charged us a$10 surcharge on an extended warranty we purchased for &50 . That was not explained to us . We were also charged $305 for install that took 1.5 hrs. After speaking with them , it was “too bad , so sad attitude “. I was going to revisit for a car stereo for my car , when I said ” I will not be ” the response was ” ok ” . Won’t be walking through there doors again . Misleading and lack of customer support in my opinion. Well another let down . not surprised . The dash mount of this back up camera ( the screen)keeps falling down . I spoke with a manager in the past and there was no acceptable resolution to their hidden costs . Now , they wanted the car to be left with them for what should be an easy fix . When I said no , the manager said ” come by at 11: 00 Thursday morning he would fix it himself . Another misleading statement , he didn’t start work until 12:00 according to another employee . Then , she was asked to leave her car AGAIN . What a poorly run store by both the manager and other staff . Seems ( in my opinion) that they are trained to mislead customers just to get sales /installation jobs . Never again would I trust this store . The two stars is now a zero stars .

Pulak was fantastic! He was consistently helpful, responds and acts promptly when contacted for questions, and was transparent/honest with deals, pricing etc. An utmost professional! Jass and Bryan provided friendly support when needed, and the rest of its staff were attentive whenever we visit this store. Install was provided by Aaron and Connor, who listened to our requirements, provided friendly, competent service and left our place neat and tidy. We’ve been a customer of Visions since 2000, and dealt with a number of its stores in AB and BC. Visions Langley is the best Visions store we’ve experienced! Thank you guys!

travelling in an RV.and drove many miles with a coach radio humming and sometimes static. Unable to shut off. Recommended by another local business we drove to visions. Even without an appt. John and Ed were excellent, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Ed was able to shut off radio. Subsequently we ordered a similiar relacement model recommended
by Jansen, an aftermarket unit replacement on Amazon and John did an excellent job installing. We are so happy..
