Had them “repair” a misaligned hinge. Screws on the inside came loose and caused the screen to pry away from the frame so it cracked. They refused to repair it as it was a bit of time past their warranty even though it was entirely their fault. After paying for the repair, the screen came back faulty. I returned for repair once more and for some reason the windows installer service is missing so I am no longer able to install apps or even reinstall windows. An absolute mess and all of this took 3 months in total.
The Geek Squad in Oakville @ Winston Park Drive has 2 OUSTANDING employees who give the BEST SERVICE possible!!
Q and Naem have been incredibly helpful and have gone by far the extra mile to make my NEW computer work in sync with my speakers and microphone.
