I took my S22 ultra to Greg to replace my cracked screen. After giving him my phone he called me later that he was going to I stall a purple screen as he had no black. Even though I had confirmed with him if he had my parts for the phone prior to leaving it with him. Due to the urgency of needing my phone I agreed with him as i needed my phone for work the next day. He ended up cracking my back plate to my phone and telling me he had snapped one of the display cables internally during the repair. I had to beg him to put my phone back together and give it back to me. Furthermore he showed frustration and anger on the phone during this process. Finally he agreed to put the phone back together which was pretty much in peices when handed to me. All the parts internally were lose and moving around. When I asked him for compensation for the damages he had done he refused. I ended up taking my phone to another company. They showed me that there was issue with not one cable but two more and possible motherboard damage. I eventually got the phone repaired for far more than just a screen repair.

This man has no clue what he is doing. I highly advise you stay away from this place. Spend a little extra and go somewhere professional.

I’m taking the time to write because they were super helpful in repairing water damage to my daughter MacBook Air. She really needed it for her studies as a high school student. It was so convenient to be able to drop off the laptop and know it was in good hands. Unfortunately the water damage was extensive but we were able to apply the cost of the repair towards a super affordable MacBook replacement. The data was migrated over to the new-to-us laptop to boot!

My iPhone 8 was stuck on an endless loop of the apple loading screen. I was unable to troubleshoot it myself and was quoted $200 elsewhere for a motherboard replacement. I brought it to Greg who was able to find a software fix for $70. He did it quickly and provided regular updates as well as calling afterwards to make sure it was working as it should.
